Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Designer to join Publicis Production EMEA Hub. You will craft simple animations, adapt video content for TV, social and e‑commerce channels, and help bring brand campaigns to life across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Create simple animations, motion adaptations, re‑formats, resizing and versioning from supplied master materials (TV, social and key visuals).
• Produce e‑commerce assets such as product‑focused visuals, PDP content, motion snippets and static/dynamic banners.
• Adapt video assets for TV and social media campaigns.
• Find creative solutions to project challenges while respecting brand strategy and briefs.
• Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, software updates and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer (video, digital or iMedia campaigns) with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward skill development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, open to cross‑department collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of rotoscoping, keying, cleaning and matte‑painting techniques in After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5.
• Familiarity with advertising format specifications for conventional, video, digital and social media.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
