About the role
We are seeking a New Business Manager to join our operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The role focuses on driving new business initiatives while ensuring strict adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality as outlined in the employment agreement.
- Operate in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Monitor jurisdictional statutory changes that may impact the client portfolio.
- Assist with ad‑hoc assignments and other duties as required.
- Comply with the employee handbook and internal policies, including any future amendments.
- Stay informed of changes to the financial, legal and regulatory frameworks affecting the business.
- Uphold the company’s vision and values in all activities.
Required profile
- University degree in finance, accounting, management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience working in an offshore business environment.
