About the role

Accenture is launching a New Graduate Talent Intake for 2025/2026, open exclusively to candidates residing in Mauritius. As a Reinventor, you will join a global technology and consulting firm, working on real projects from day one while developing expertise across data, software development, and enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client projects across sectors such as Banking, Energy, Construction, and Mining.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and test technology solutions.
• Apply AI and GenAI tools to enhance productivity and drive innovation.
• Gain exposure to both technical and functional domains, including data engineering, software development, and SAP modules.
• Continuously upskill through hands‑on work, AI‑enabled learning platforms, and mentorship.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or up to 6 months of experience) with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Applied Computing, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related STEM field.
• Team‑player with strong curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse, international teams.
