About the role
This is a mid‑level secretarial position within a global investor services group. The role delivers comprehensive corporate secretarial services, handling low to medium‑complexity processes independently while maintaining quality standards. Work is reviewed by a Senior Officer.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare board and general meeting documentation, draft minutes, resolutions, agreements, and manage statutory changes.
- Maintain corporate records, structure charts, and oversee compliance through client file reviews, due‑diligence assessments, and transaction monitoring.
- Process corporate transactions such as capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account operations, signatory changes, and liquidation procedures.
- Conduct client due‑diligence activities, including PEP identification, risk rating assessments, bad‑press checks, and CDD worksheet reviews.
- Provide administrative and client support, including payment instruction processing and other ad‑hoc duties.
Required profile
- Degree holder and/or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters.
