Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead will head a specialist team responsible for creating, processing, and confirming purchase orders (POs) within AB InBev's RPSS EU function. You will ensure smooth PO flow, meet service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the RPSS EU PO Management team, set annual goals and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Oversee PO creation, distribution, follow‑up, and retroactive PO processes, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Manage service level agreements, quality of service, and issue resolution for PO management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align processes with global operating models.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure audit trails, record retention, and compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• University degree; CIPS or similar qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement or operations experience.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Ariba and Emptoris.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills.
• Experience with database tools, e.g., SQL.
• Knowledge of SAP or SRM systems.
