Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and develop a customer‑contact centre team within Allianz Services. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure the efficient delivery of services, drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or several teams, including supervisors, and oversee day‑to‑day activities.
• Plan resources according to workflow, coordinate with flow regulators and ensure KPI compliance.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and training, and develop supervisors’ competencies.
• Identify and implement improvement actions across the centre and share best practices.
• Set individual and collective objectives, monitor results and provide performance feedback.
• Manage administrative and HR aspects of the team and produce regular reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a client‑facing environment.
• Strong leadership, autonomy, resilience and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proven experience in team coaching, change management and transformation projects.
