Operations Manager - Mobile Fleet Management

About the role

Orange Business is seeking an Operations Manager to lead its Mobile Fleet Management team. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑quality service delivery, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction across a global footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of analysts, specialists and experts.
• Monitor and improve service quality through KPI tracking and service improvement plans.
• Act as the first point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee employee performance reviews, career development and skill alignment with operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accurate reporting and data integrity.
• Participate in business unit and customer meetings, and support new project implementation.
• Plan team rosters and transport logistics, fostering strong relationships with peers and business units.
• Maintain fairness in recruitment and promote equity within the team.

• Excellent written and spoken English and French communication skills.

• Effective time‑management, project management and organisational skills.
