Order Taker – Guest Services (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Order Taker joins the Food & Beverage team at One&Only Le Saint Géran to deliver seamless guest experiences by handling food and beverage orders received by phone or electronic channels. You will act as the bridge between guests and operational departments, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a warm, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming guest calls promptly and courteously.
• Take and record food and beverage orders accurately in the POS system.
• Provide menu information, suggest upsells, and promote special offers.
• Communicate dietary requirements and special requests to kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor order progress, coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff, and follow up to guarantee timely delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and guest preferences.
• Ensure the order‑taking area remains clean and organized.
• Support other Food & Beverage operations as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum CPE/SC qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
• Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
