Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of a designated food and beverage outlet at C Resorts in Flacq District. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s upscale, lifestyle‑focused identity while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet service, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high service standards and a consistent brand experience for guests.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate ordering, and control costs to achieve operational efficiency.
• Address guest feedback promptly, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to support events, promotions, and special initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Track revenue and performance metrics, meeting or exceeding targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on personalized guest experiences.
• Proven people‑management abilities, including team leadership, development, and performance evaluation.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and cross‑functional partners.
• Experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage outlet management, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle resort.
• Organizational excellence, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic office software competency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Inventory management and basic cost control capabilities.
