About the role
Constance Prince Maurice, a luxury resort on the northeast coast of Mauritius, is hiring an experienced and professional Outlet Manager through its partner Hosco. The Outlet Manager leads all aspects of outlet management, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence and strong financial performance, while managing a diverse team and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service
- Supervise, train and motivate staff
- Achieve sales and profitability targets
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Monitor stock, cash handling and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and company standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues
- Prepare basic sales and operational reports
Required profile
- NC3 in Food Beverage or any other qualifications
- Proven experience in the same position for at least 2 years, or a similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
