About the role
HFM, a leading multi‑asset broker, is looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Assistant to manage the full payroll cycle for its global staff. You will work closely with country heads and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key responsibilities
- Process, reconcile, audit and transmit payroll for all employees on schedule.
- Review and act on new payroll requests from country heads, handling any exceptions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to resolve payroll queries and employee enquiries.
- Send payment instructions to the Invoicing team and follow up on delivery.
- Confirm timely payments with in‑country partners.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local payroll legislation.
- Manage staff records in the Sicorax database.
- Support internal and external payroll audits.
- Assist with additional payroll and accounting projects as needed.
Required profile
- BSc/BA in Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
