People & Culture Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead our people agenda across the firm. As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will shape talent attraction, retention, and reward strategies while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for Audit, Tax, Advisory, Outsourcing, and Admin functions.
• Strengthen the employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (Grow, Belong, Impact).
• Build relationships with universities, professional bodies, and recruitment partners.
• Lead workforce planning and support leaders in identifying current and future talent needs.
• Develop employee engagement, well‑being, performance, and career‑growth initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders on high‑potential talent and succession planning.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging programs.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure market competitiveness.
• Provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage people analytics for evidence‑based decision making and drive continuous HR improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience leading HR functions in a professional services environment.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leadership and business units.
