Pool/Beach Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius as a Pool/Beach Attendant, providing first‑class food and beverage service in a stunning beachfront setting. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a world‑class luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables in the pool and beach service areas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, orderliness, and presentation.
• Act as host/hostess, greeting guests warmly and promoting hotel services and products.
• Take orders, serve and, where applicable, prepare food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards.
• Execute all tasks assigned by supervisors, attend scheduled training, and model teamwork and professionalism.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or reputable standalone restaurants.
• Excellent command of English and strong numeracy skills.
• Technical education in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of wine is an advantage.
