Post Sales Specialist – WiFi & Network Deployment

About the role

Kaira Mauritius is expanding its networking business and seeks a Post Sales Specialist to lead real‑world WiFi and network deployments. You will work across diverse environments, from corporate offices to large residential and hospitality sites, ensuring projects move smoothly from design to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure wireless access points and supporting network infrastructure.
• Conduct site surveys, perform signal tuning, and optimise performance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, coverage, and interference issues on‑site.
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring timely customer handover and documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with WiFi deployments, including site surveys and AP placement.
• Strong networking fundamentals such as VLAN, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Comfortable executing tasks on‑site and solving problems under pressure.
• Independent, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• WiFi deployment tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Ubiquiti, Aruba, Cisco or Omada.
• Experience with VLAN configuration, DHCP services, routing and switching.
