PPM Assistant

About the role

The PPM Assistant will support MUBEX's Project Portfolio Management, Finance, Procurement and Logistics functions. You will deliver accurate reporting, generate data‑driven analysis, develop automation solutions and provide business insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, extract and consolidate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems and databases.
• Create and maintain reports using SQL queries and reporting tools, ensuring data cleansing, validation and reclassification.
• Investigate and resolve data anomalies, collaborating with Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to improve data accuracy.
• Analyze operational and financial data to produce actionable insights, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities and performance gaps.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver timely, accurate reports and analyses.
• Develop visualisations, dashboards and presentations that illustrate business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring and tracking of actualised savings against targets.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions using VBA, Power Query or Python.
