Procurement Officer

About the role

Stevenhills Ltd is seeking a Procurement Officer to support its purchasing function. You will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services in line with company requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Request, compare, and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Liaise with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Support contract management and supplier performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock control when required.
