Project Executive

About the role

Crown Guard International is looking for an experienced, energetic Project Executive to lead strategic infrastructure programs. You will oversee delivery of data centre, cloud, virtualization, network and cybersecurity projects while managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with organisational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide direction, mentorship and performance management to project team members.
• Act as primary contact for senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication of progress.
• Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance and approve expenditures.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, legal and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Implement best‑practice project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage third‑party vendors, contractors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance processes.
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting and cost‑control.
