Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the General Manager in ensuring the resort delivers exceptional guest experiences through a robust Quality Management System (QMS). This onsite role blends audit, data analysis, and continuous‑improvement initiatives across all departments of the vibrant C Mauritius resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the resort’s QMS.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with C Resorts Minimum standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (GSS/GRI) via the ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform and internal messaging system.
• Respond to guest comments, reviews and complaints, working closely with teams to resolve quality‑related issues.
• Collect, analyse and report on quality performance data, preparing detailed audit and trend reports for management.
• Participate in and help deliver quality‑focused training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to launch continuous‑improvement projects and track their effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of all QA activities, ensuring SOPs are up‑to‑date and compliant with industry regulations.
• Act as a liaison between the General Manager and department heads, communicating quality standards and achievements via HUMAND.

Required profile

• Guest‑centric mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Awareness of market trends and innovative practices that can enhance resort services.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and implementing best practices.

Required skills

• Experience with ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform.
• Familiarity with HUMAND communication tool.
• Knowledge of internal audit procedures and quality management standards.
