Sales & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results‑driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our luxury hospitality team at Shangri‑La Le Touessrok, Mauritius. The role provides efficient administrative, coordination and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, marketing initiatives, client communications and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Assist with sales proposals, quotations, presentations, contracts and client correspondence.
• Coordinate client visits, site inspections, sales calls, meetings and familiarisation trips.
• Maintain accurate client, prospect and business partner records.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, workshops, client events and promotional activities.
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
