Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the General Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining our resort’s Quality Management System. The role ensures compliance with C Resorts Minimum standards, drives guest satisfaction, and leads continuous improvement across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify departmental compliance with standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (GSS/GRI) via ReviewPro and internal messaging, and address comments, reviews, and complaints.
• Collect, analyse, and report quality performance data, preparing detailed audit and performance reports for management.
• Support the creation and delivery of quality‑related training programs and maintain up‑to‑date SOP documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads on continuous‑improvement initiatives, track their effectiveness, and share best practices across the resort.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Hospitality Management, or related field, with 2‑3 years of quality‑focused experience in hospitality.
