Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold and continuously improve the resort’s quality management system. This position ensures that all departments meet Constance’s standards for guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with Constance Minimum standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics through the ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform and internal messaging channels.
• Collect, analyse, and report on quality performance data, audit findings, and guest feedback.
• Support the creation and delivery of quality‑related training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to launch continuous‑improvement initiatives and best‑practice adoption.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, training sessions, and quality documentation, ensuring SOPs are up‑to‑date.
• Communicate quality expectations across all departments and assist in resolving quality‑related issues.
