Real Estate Consultant – West Coast (Full‑Time)

About the role

KI’IMMO Exquisite Estates Mauritius is expanding its presence on the West Coast of Mauritius and seeks a dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join a growing team. The position is full‑time, office‑based with one day of remote work per week, and offers a salary‑or‑commission compensation model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client and property relationships across buyers, sellers, investors and landlords.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and close transactions.
• Build and manage a personal portfolio of listings.
• Present properties to clients and participate in professional photo and video shoots.
• Feature in property presentations and social‑media content to promote the KI’IMMO brand.
• Contribute ideas to shape the agency’s future direction.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in real estate or a sales‑related role.
• Confident, charismatic and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Ambitious, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to learn, grow and step outside comfort zones.
