Recruitment Manager

About the role

Soft Skills Consultants, established in 2010 and providing corporate training, HR advisory, career development and recruitment services, is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and develop its recruitment activities in Mauritius and internationally. The successful candidate will manage recruitment operations, build relationships with corporate clients, develop recruitment partnerships and contribute to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates for corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop recruitment partnerships.
• Coordinate international recruitment activities, particularly between Madagascar and Mauritius.
• Supervise and support the recruitment team.
• Maintain an organised candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Training Department on candidates' skills development needs.
• Monitor recruitment performance, placement targets and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practices and employment regulations.
• Experience in team management and international recruitment would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Business development mindset combined with recruitment expertise.
