Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Quatre Bornes, supporting day‑to‑day HR operations for McDonald’s Mauritius. The role ensures accurate employee records, assists payroll and benefits administration, and helps maintain compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration in line with company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns professionally.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of training activities.
• Contribute to performance management processes and policy implementation.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Mauritian labour laws and communicate updates to staff.
• Collaborate with restaurant and corporate teams to foster an inclusive, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Strong experience in HR operations, preferably in a multi‑site or service‑oriented environment.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Mauritian labour regulations.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
