About the role
We are looking for a Restaurant Host / Waiter who will create a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for our guests. The role combines professional restaurant service with genuine Mauritian hospitality, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they step through the door until they leave.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
- Guide guests through their dining experience, explaining menus and answering questions.
- Provide efficient table service, delivering food and beverages accurately and timely.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns immediately.
- Ensure a smooth departure, thanking guests and inviting them to return.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to delivering professional restaurant service.
- Ability to convey genuine Mauritian hospitality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
