Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a friendly and professional Server to join its Food & Beverage team at the stunning resort on the east coast of Mauritius. You will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and receives attentive service in a luxurious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed recommendations on dishes and beverages, taking into account dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks following Four Seasons standards, including proper sequencing, plating, and wine service.
• Check back with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain clean, well‑presented dining areas, including table settings, glassware, and décor.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards.
