Butler Manager

About the role

The Butler Manager leads a dedicated Butler team on a luxury hospitality platform, ensuring guests receive impeccable, personalized service. This role oversees suite preparations, guest requests, and team performance to uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional butler services and ensure all guest orders, requests, and enquiries are fulfilled promptly.
• Conduct embarkation inspections of VIP suites and manage in‑suite arrival procedures according to brand standards.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop the Butler team to consistently achieve superior service performance.
• Mentor the Senior Butler and prepare them for future managerial responsibilities.
• Meet or exceed brand‑defined performance targets and KPIs for the Butler team.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years experience in a Butler or guest‑facing role within a luxury hotel, resort or cruise line.
• Professional Butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy) is an advantage.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Mandarin, Arabic or Japanese are assets.
• Proven interpersonal and leadership abilities to motivate and develop a culturally diverse workforce.
