Sales Agent – French Speaker (Mauritius)

About the role

ST MEDIA, a global provider of Canadian immigration services, is opening a new office in Cybercity, Ébène, Mauritius. We are looking for a French‑speaking Sales Agent to join our growing team and help prospective clients understand and start their immigration journey.

Key responsibilities

• Contact only pre‑qualified (hot) leads – no cold calling.
• Present our Canadian immigration services in French with confidence and clarity.
• Identify client needs, qualify them for the appropriate immigration pathway, and close sales.
• Guide new clients through the initial steps of their immigration process.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline using the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent French for all sales interactions.
• Working proficiency in English for internal communications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telemarketing.
• Energetic, target‑driven, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Motivated to grow with a fast‑expanding global brand.

• Base salary of MUR 27,500 plus a highly attractive bonus structure.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, weekends off.
