Sales Development Representative

About the role

Rentdnd is a fast‑growing online platform that connects guests directly with property owners in Mauritius, offering short‑ and long‑term stays at the lowest possible prices. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with new landlords, helping them understand the benefits of listing their apartments or villas on our commission‑free marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential landlords who own legal accommodation properties.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email or messaging to introduce Rentdnd’s value proposition.
• Explain how direct listings eliminate agents and commissions, guaranteeing lower prices for guests.
• Assess landlord interest and qualify leads before forwarding them to the listing team.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts and interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Active work permit for Mauritius (student permit, occupation permit, PRP, citizenship, etc.).
• Physical presence in Mauritius to enable local outreach.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Basic proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
