Sales Lead

About the role

The Sales Lead will drive new business and manage key accounts for Lineal Manufacturing across Mauritius and regional markets. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, onboarding distributors and channel partners, and delivering strong sales performance for the full product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads across distributors, installers, contractors, architects and project developers.
• Identify, onboard and manage new distributors and channel partners in Mauritius and target regional markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from lead to closed order, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and site meetings to understand project requirements and build trust.
• Prepare accurate quotations, forecasts and pipeline reports, and follow up proactively to close sales.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, planning and procurement to ensure on‑time, in‑full deliveries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records, monitor customer satisfaction and manage complaints to resolution.
• Support debtor collection in line with credit terms and maximise gross margin across the product range.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong sense of ownership over targets.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• High integrity in commercial dealings and customer commitments.
• Genuinely customer‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Diploma in Sales or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a sales professional.
• Experience in manufacturing, production or workshop environments.
