About the role
Ocean's Creek, a 4-star hotel on the northwest coast of Mauritius near Balaclava Bay, is looking for a Sales Executive. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales and drives revenue across the leisure and MICE segments of a 136-room property with venues and leisure activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years in a sales executive/coordinator role, in the Mauritius tourism or hotel sector
- Full professional fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Valid driver's licence and a clean certificate of character; reference checks will be carried out
- Composed, solution-oriented and meticulous, with strong organisational habits and a collaborative attitude
Required skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior exposure to hotel CRM and booking platforms
