Sales Executive – Solar Solutions (Field Based)

About the role

Reneworld is expanding its sales team in Mauritius and seeks a motivated Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial solar PV solutions. This field‑based position involves direct client interaction, from the first meeting to contract signing and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, site visits, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
• Conduct on‑site assessments and advise clients on tailored solar solutions.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of pre‑booked leads and nurture relationships to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team handling diary, administration, and dossier management.

Required profile

• Proven B2C or field sales experience; experience in solar or energy is a plus.
• Comfortable conducting independent site visits and assessing client needs.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive in generating new business.
• Strong client relationship skills and a valid driving licence.
