About the role
Chemtech Group is expanding rapidly and is looking for high‑performing sales professionals to join its diverse portfolio of businesses. You will work across sectors such as Medtech, Consumer Health, diagnostics, industrial printing, and modern trade, helping the company achieve its ambitious 5× growth target by 2030.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, pharmacies, retailers, and industrial clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas using a structured sales methodology.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular forecasts to management.
Required profile
- Proven track record of consistently beating sales targets.
- Experience selling complex solutions in healthcare, consumer health, or industrial markets.
- Strong commitment to a data‑driven sales process and measurable results.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast‑growing environment.
