Sales Support for General Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to assist our General Manager in driving sales, business development and operational excellence. You will act as a bridge between the sales team, clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with sales administration and client management tasks.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer records.
• Prepare Power BI reports and sales performance dashboards.
• Follow up on debtors and assist with account reconciliations.
• Coordinate client requests and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Manage the GM’s calendar, schedule meetings and handle administrative requirements.
• Source supplier quotations and support procurement activities.
• Assist with CAPEX costing, budgeting and reconciliation.
• Support advertising operations and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or administration.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in advertising, OOH media or marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong Power BI skills for reporting and dashboard creation.
