Scrum Master – Global Reporting Platform (GRP)

About the role

Allianz Services is looking for an entrepreneurial Scrum Master to join the Global Reporting Platform (GRP) squad. The GRP team builds the accounting system that harmonises financial tools across all subsidiaries. You will facilitate Agile processes, coach the team toward higher Scrum maturity and ensure alignment with Allianz standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, facilitate and moderate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Assess and improve the team’s Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
• Establish and report Agile metrics such as burn‑down charts.
• Drive continuous improvement, enhance customer value and increase team satisfaction.
• Educate teams on an Agile mindset and Scrum values.
• Optimise the use of Agile tools and processes across the squad.
• Act as a servant leader, remove impediments and keep the team focused on sprint goals.
• Collaborate with product owners, other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches and project leaders.
• Support issue resolution by managing support tickets.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead in a multinational digital software environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, practices and theory.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and intercultural skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including facilitation, coaching and conflict management.
• Fluency in French and English.
