Security Guard

About the role

The Security Guard is responsible for applying all safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff and property at the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. The role requires vigilance, quick response to emergencies and a courteous attitude toward all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol public areas, parking lots and back‑of‑house zones to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and operate emergency life‑safety equipment, responding promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and support team briefings and meetings.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and promote a safe workplace.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and follow the hotel’s code of conduct and grooming standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

• Warm, caring demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction.
• Ability to act as a role model and adhere to company policies.
• Willingness to work hands‑on and assist during busy periods.
