Security Guard – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join the Four Seasons resort team in Mauritius. The role involves protecting guests, staff and property, and responding swiftly to any emergency situation while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol public areas, parking lots and back‑of‑house zones to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and operate emergency life‑safety equipment, responding promptly to alarms or incidents.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods and support overall security operations.
• Participate in briefings, trainings and meetings to stay updated on procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and uphold safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.
