About the role

As a Senior Associate in Cost of Sales Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex scheme‑fee bulletins and pricing updates. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring operational integrity across the payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end execution of high‑priority bulletins, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Lead working groups as the primary subject‑matter expert, aligning internal stakeholders on bulletin requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, enforce critical‑path deadlines, and mitigate risk.
• Own the full lifecycle of complex bulletins from analysis through implementation.
• Design and execute multi‑variable testing scenarios for new implementations and pricing updates.
• Create reporting metrics and dashboards to support managerial decision‑making.
• Formulate data‑backed recommendations for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for Scheme Fees.
• Track regulatory shifts and emerging trends in global payments to anticipate business needs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, internal documentation, and knowledge repositories.
