Senior Client KYC Analyst

About the role

Apex Group, a fund administration and middle office solutions provider founded in Bermuda in 2003, is hiring a Senior Client KYC Analyst in Mauritius on a permanent basis. The role covers the end-to-end client Know Your Customer process, from sending requirements to applying risk ratings.

Key responsibilities

• Send the initial KYC requirements list to clients
• Collect KYC documentation from clients
• Review the documentation received and ensure it is appropriate for the risk rating level applicable to each client
• Liaise with clients for any additional documentation or clarification needed
• Carry out screening, including name list screening and negative news searches

Required profile

• A degree
• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of due diligence, compliance and financial structures in offshore locations (UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg)
• Excellent soft and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and planning skills
