Senior Consultant - Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS)

About the role

EY Mauritius is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its FAAS CORE team within Financial Accounting Advisory Services. The role sits at the heart of complex accounting, reporting and regulatory matters, working with clients across a broad range of sectors on high-impact advisory engagements while building technical expertise and commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical accounting advice and client solutions on complex accounting and financial reporting matters
• Contribute to accounting and regulatory change projects, helping clients interpret requirements and implement practical solutions
• Keep up to date with industry developments, emerging issues and regulatory updates
• Help drive engagement execution and mentor junior team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• ACCA / ACA / CA part-qualified or qualified
• Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting advisory or finance transformation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
