Senior Consultant - Strategy and Innovation

About the role

EY-Parthenon Strategy is recruiting a Senior Consultant in Mauritius, within its fast-growing Africa-focused strategy practice. The consultant works on high-impact strategy projects with C-suite executives, sponsors and business leaders, covering areas such as leadership alignment, culture, operations and human performance. The role offers a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning.

Key responsibilities

• Perform secondary research using analyst reports, market research reports and news articles
• Carry out analyses such as customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis and macroeconomic forecasting to support strategic recommendations
• Design and run in-depth interview guides with key stakeholders, industry experts and customers
• Review business plans to identify key assumptions and drivers

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or STEM, with 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field
• Strong academic record, preferably with quantitative courses in mathematics, business, economics, biological sciences or engineering
• Related experience through internships, coursework or extracurricular activities
• Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs
