Senior DevOps Engineer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our fast‑moving, remote‑first team. Reporting to the Head of DevOps, you will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and the security and maintenance of our Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD workflows for cloud applications.
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters, virtual machines and related infrastructure.
• Ensure security, reliability and performance of production systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployment and monitoring.
• Provide on‑call support following a 24/7 rotation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong Linux system administration (Debian/Alpine).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• GitHub/GitLab and Git core concepts.
• GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Helm, Kustomize, YAML manifests).
• Configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
• Database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Scripting with Bash.
• Web server configuration (Nginx).
