Senior eCommerce Graphic Designer

About the role

Design and deliver a variety of digital assets, including eCRM materials, websites, banners, interactive PDFs, sales presentations, Amazon A+, A++, Brand Stores, landing pages, and other eCommerce content. Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt assets for multiple brands, retailers and markets while respecting brand guidelines and platform requirements.
• Use advanced Figma features such as components, variants, auto‑layout, design systems, templates, prototyping and developer handoff.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility (WCAG/EAA) and retailer standards.
• Review work, maintain high quality across projects and mentor junior designers.
• Lead internal discussions, present design solutions to stakeholders and suggest workflow improvements.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, keep files and documentation organised and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or eCommerce Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience creating assets for Amazon and other e‑retail platforms.
• Experience working with global brands and international teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including design systems, components, variants and prototyping.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro and Firefly.
• Photo editing, retouching, masking, colour correction and preparation of final production files.
• Use of generative AI tools to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Familiarity with visual analysis and optimisation tools such as Feng‑Gui, Vizit or Samureye.
• Understanding of WCAG/EAA accessibility standards.
