About the role
The Apex Group is seeking a Senior Executive to support its client services function in Mauritius. You will work closely with the manager to analyse client requests, coordinate licensing and regulatory matters, and ensure seamless project delivery for our global fund administration business.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client and prospect requests, determine required licences and authorisations.
- Draft client proposals, project descriptions and related documentation.
- Participate in calls, video conferences and face‑to‑face meetings with business partners and professional firms.
- Coordinate with KYC, onboarding and legal teams to ensure compliance.
- Assist in client risk rating and escalate high‑risk factors to management.
- Prepare and submit application documents for set‑up, licensing, re‑domiciliation and client queries.
- Upload required documents to online portals and follow up with authorities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client and sales databases and support KPI reporting.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in the Mauritius global business sector, preferably in client service.
- General understanding of tax, regulatory and licensing frameworks affecting financial services in Mauritius.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong record‑keeping discipline and attention to detail.
- Professional relationship‑building skills with peers and stakeholders.
