Senior Facilities Analyst – Location Services

About the role

Accenture Mauritius is seeking a Senior Facilities Analyst to oversee location services across its campuses. You will manage building operations, coordinate with third‑party vendors, and ensure a safe, efficient environment for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage building and equipment maintenance schedules, including HVAC, lighting, security, fire safety, and elevators.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and develop emergency evacuation plans.
• Oversee asset management, document processes, and maintain maintenance records.
• Liaise with vendors, conduct monthly and quarterly operational reviews, and supervise cleaning and maintenance crews.
• Handle purchase requests, reconcile purchase orders, and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Process service requests through Accenture’s ticketing tool within SLA and use procurement tools for vendor onboarding and invoice approval.
• Participate in annual budgeting and perform analytical tasks related to facilities spending.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Management or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage critical paths, meet deadlines, and conduct detailed analysis.

Required skills

• Ticketing tool usage for service request management.
• Procurement tools for vendor onboarding and order processing.
• Asset management tool for tracking facilities assets.
• Familiarity with building management and security systems.
