Senior Recruiter

About the role

Hightekrs is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its global team. Working remotely from Mauritius, you will drive end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a fast‑growing international business, ensuring a smooth, transparent experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple global business units, delivering high‑velocity hiring.
• Design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies, including Boolean and X‑ray searches, to build pipelines of passive talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates for technical competence and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules across diverse time zones and manage offer negotiations.
• Provide hiring managers with real‑time pipeline updates and feedback.
• Maintain 100 % data accuracy in the ATS and recruitment trackers for leadership reporting.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Proven ability to work with remote, decentralized teams.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organisational psychology, business administration or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean logic and X‑ray search.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Lucca, HiBob, BambooHR, TeamTailor, Greenhouse).
