Senior RPA Developer

About the role

SD Worx, a European payroll and HR services provider, is looking for an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join its Smart Automation team. The role designs, builds and maintains automation solutions that deliver measurable business value, using mainly Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate; candidates with strong RPA experience on UiPath or Automation Anywho who are willing to learn Blue Prism are also considered. It is a hands-on senior development role covering design, development, testing, deployment and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and design the technical architecture of automation solutions, choosing Blue Prism, Power Automate or a combination
• Integrate with applications, APIs, databases and files, and consider exception handling, logging, security, scalability and resilience
• Develop, test and deploy automation solutions, building reusable components and applying strong development practices
• Troubleshoot complex issues, support deployed automations and help resolve production incidents
• Perform unit and technical testing, take part in peer reviews and continuously improve existing solutions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads and business stakeholders, and share knowledge with the team

Required profile

• At least 6-8 years of experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism, Power Automate, UiPath or Automation Anywhere
• Proven experience delivering complex, production-ready automation solutions and independently designing their architecture
• Good understanding of the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, strong troubleshooting and integration skills
• Nice to have: Power BI experience, RPA or Microsoft Power Platform certifications, exposure to AI or intelligent automation
