About the role
Dayforce is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join its Workforce Management team. You will help build the next generation of Human Capital Management solutions that enable companies to track time, attendance, and schedule employees efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy features for the Workforce Management product.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, implementation partners, and internal teams to define functionality.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high‑quality code standards.
- Maintain and modernize existing .NET codebases and front‑end components.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle, from prototyping to production support.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience with C# and modern .NET (6/7/8).
- Strong understanding of object‑oriented principles (SOLID) and asynchronous programming.
- 2–3+ years building production UI with React and TypeScript.
- Solid SQL Server experience, including indexing, query tuning, and transaction management.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
