Senior Solution Designer – Scrum Master – Treasury

About the role

Allianz Services is looking for a Senior Solution Designer who will also act as Scrum Master for its Treasury domain. The role combines deep solution‑architecture expertise with Agile leadership to design, maintain and continuously improve critical financial flows and payment systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve key treasury applications (Décaissement, Encaissement‑Mandat, Déclic, Enclic, Mandat, TRAX).
• Provide functional expertise to business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Design new features together with Mainframe, ETL and Java developers.
• Manage Level‑2 incident resolution and ensure quality delivery of fixes and enhancements.
• Lead end‑to‑end process design from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Contribute to the ESB exit strategy and align solutions with target architecture.
• Act as Security Champion, guaranteeing compliance with security standards.
• Facilitate workshops, knowledge‑transfer sessions and Agile ceremonies.
• Break down business needs into Epics and User Stories, drive functional testing and support test strategy.
• Oversee RUN activities for treasury and cash‑in payment flows.

Required profile

• Strong background in functional design and business analysis within a treasury or financial environment.
• Proven ability to collect, challenge and structure business requirements.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, able to synthesize complex information.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and interacting with stakeholders across the delivery chain.
• Proactive, adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
