Senior Talent and Capability Executive

About the role

ABC Academy is seeking a Senior Talent & Capability Executive to lead the Group-wide talent agenda. Reporting to the Group Head of Talent & Culture, you will partner with managers, HR teams and business leaders to develop people, strengthen the talent pipeline and turn development ideas into action.

Key responsibilities

• Lead talent identification, assessment, talent reviews, succession and development processes.
• Partner with talents, managers and HR to create and monitor Professional Development Plans.
• Design and deliver talent development initiatives such as training, workshops, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage psychometric and other assessment activities and translate outcomes into development actions.
• Analyse talent data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build strong relationships across Business Heads, managers and identified talents.
• Lead Academy-wide projects including team‑building, strategic interventions and group events.
• Explore new technologies and creative approaches to enhance talent initiatives.
• Supervise, coach and develop the Talent & Capability team.
